Somehow I wanted to make bread with garlic. We liked it very much when vacationing in Andorra. Definitely a recipe we didn't ask, but the taste and the aroma was memorable. As a result, born these garlic baguettes.

Cooking
Heated yogurt. Pour it into the bread machine pan. Add salt, olive oil. On top pour the sifted flour with added sugar and yeast. Turn on mode "Dough". After the beep, add the garlic and rosemary.
After completion of the program "Dough" bread machine, take out the dough on the prepared table. Divide the dough into two equal halves.
Hands formed from each piece of dough a bread roll into a loaf.
Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Grease it with oil. Put the resulting baguettes and leave them to proof for 30 minutes. I for these purposes use the oven in "convection" at a temperature of 40 degrees.
Remove the pan from the oven. Baguettes should increase in volume
Turn on the "Baking" at a temperature of 210 degrees. As soon as the oven heats up - "the return" in the oven baguettes. After 10 minutes lower the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
Take out the baguettes from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. The resulting baguettes are very good with hot spicy dishes based on vegetables and legumes. And subtle garlic flavor to the place. Bon appetit.
