Tilapia with oranges and rice
Tender, delicious and quick fish with a citrus note and rice on the side. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

  • Butter

For this dish I have used basmati rice. Boil water for rice, omit the tea bags and boil until tender.

Tilapia fillet season with salt and pepper.

Fry both sides in vegetable oil for 3 minutes.

Pour the rum, allow to evaporate the alcohol, then pour lemon juice and orange, place 2 orange slices on each fillet. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes, remove from heat.

Bags of ready rice to cast away on a colander, to drain the water. Rice neatly release from the bags, laying out in a convenient bowl, add butter and prisolit, mix well. Spread the rice over tarell, put the fillets, garnish with parsley, sprinkle with mixture of peppers and serve.
