Roast pork with cranberry sauce
Tender meat, baked with herbs, which is incredibly a burst of sweet and sour cranberry sauce, prepared quickly, and it turns out very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    150 g

  • Sugar

    5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

For this recipe we will need 4 bags of basmati rice from TM Mistral. Drop the bags of rice in boiling, salted water and cook for 12-15 minutes.

While cooking the rice will have meat. Cut pork in small pieces, RUB them with salt, pepper, add honey and balsamic vinegar, mix well, spread the pieces on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with herbs ( thyme, rosemary). Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Now let's get to cooking cranberry sauce.

On the bottom of the pan or pot pour in the red wine, add the cranberries and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.

Then add sugar and cinnamon, mix well. With a little tolkushkoy mash berries., so they let the juice. Cook the sauce 1-2 minutes, remove from heat.
