Assorted vegetables stuffed with fish-mushroom stuffing
My family loves stuffed vegetables. Tried them in different ways a great many times, offer to try one of my favorite options. Here vegetables for every taste, fish and mushroom stuffing adds to its taste.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Flowers

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the fish until soft, cool and finely chop.

Fry 1 finely chopped onion with sliced mushrooms until cooked.

Mix both fillings, add 2 tbsp sour cream, Basil and salt.

Peel the potatoes and carefully cut the middle. Wash tomatoes and cut out the middle. Wash the zucchini flowers.

Prepare the sauce: fry the finely chopped onion and bell pepper, add the removed flesh of the tomato.

Stuff the vegetable stuffing and spread on top of sauce.

Cover with water, before reaching the top of the vegetables to 1cm, sprinkle with salt. Potatoes on top slices of smoked cheese. Simmer under a lid for 1.5 hours on a slow heat until the potatoes are tender

Sprinkle the finished dish with greens and serve.
