Fish cutlets for a couple
Juicy, light cakes. Preparing fast and simple!!!

Ingredients

  • Heck

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Peel the onion and prepare the hake.

Fish and onions to make minced meat, add semolina, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.

Wet hands to form patties, and coat each side with vegetable oil.

Place in a steamer and cook for about 25 minutes.

Cakes are ready!

Optionally the cutlets can be fried in a pan until Golden brown!
