Pies with leek and egg
Leek – first spring full vitamin from nature. Your generous gift. From garlic and wild garlic, you can cook a variety of dishes. Including an oven or fry the patties. I offer recipe for fried pies with wild garlic and egg.

Ingredients

To prepare the dough. In a deep bowl mix egg, water, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, yeast, mix everything, then add the flour – about half of the total. (The flour is desirable to pre-sift or sieve in the process of blend.) All stir. The rest of the flour gradually add, in small portions. Knead the dough with your hands until, until it no longer sticks to hands. Cover the bowl with cling film, put in a warm place for about an hour.
