Salmon steamed in Asian style
Prepared this recipe for the contest, but were not satisfied with the photos and decided not to put. But I still want to share with you this dish because of its wonderful taste.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

Marinate salmon in soy sauce for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Meanwhile, slice the vegetables lengthwise in very thin strips. In a large pot, in which you can do the elevation, heat the water. Put on the bottom that high-temperature (I put the iron bowl upside down), this elevated place the mold with the salmon along with the marinade. Cover pot and cook the fish for a few about 10 - 15 minutes, it should change the color to a more pale, but still pink inside. Of course, at this point, you can use the steamer, most importantly, to include your form.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan until the appearance of haze. Put the vegetables in two batches on the dish and on top place the fish (very carefully!), pour entire contents of marinade dishes out of shape. Now pour all the hot oil ( be careful, oil may splatter). From the top you can sprinkle with coriander. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
