Pancakes
Hearty spring rolls. The filling is interesting, juicy and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Damn

    8 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

To cook the pancakes add to the dough sunflower oil.

Onion cut arbitrarily, carrots grate on a coarse grater. Carrot with onion to fry with sunflower oil Oleina TM 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream, stir and simmer until the vegetables are soft.

Mix egg and corn starch, add a pinch of salt.

Fry egg pancake to cool and finely chop.

Add to the egg pancake carrots with onions.

Mix vegetables with egg pancake.

Cut the ham into large chunks and add to the stuffing.

Add to stuffing and green onions. Mix well.

Add mayonnaise or sour cream, mix well. The stuffing is ready, it needs salt and pepper to taste.

For each pancake put the filling and turn the envelope. Serve stuffed pancakes.
