Potato dumplings with crab sticks and sauce
Potato patties are good that will appeal to everyone, both children and adults. They can be eaten as a separate dish for Breakfast and afternoon tea, served instead of a side dish for lunch and dinner. Browned cutlets with a crispy crust can be eaten with carrot sauce and you can pour sour cream. The meatballs can be prepared a salad of fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Crab sticks

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool and remove skin. Grate on a coarse grater. It is better to cook in advance.

Crab sticks finely chop.

Mix the imitation crabmeat with chopped herbs and grated potatoes, add egg, salt and ground black pepper.

From the prepared forcemeat to form meatballs. Put the meatballs in the fridge and time to cook the sauce.
