A piece of Paderewski rinse well, dip a paper towel.
Garlic and onions chop. The garlic through the masher, and onions can be rubbed on a small grater, grind in a blender or just finely chop. Should form a paste, to which add salt and pepper. Spices you can add more, at your discretion: red pepper, herbs, etc.
