Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Turn the oven to heat up 180 degrees.
Make the filling: mash the cottage cheese (250 g) with normal (5 tbsp) and vanilla Sahara (1 tbsp) in a homogeneous mass. If the curd is solid, it must grind through a sieve. If there is not enough richness, you can add a little sour cream.
Mix in a separate container sift flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Also in another container, mix egg, sugar (150 g), vegetable oil (100 ml) and yoghurt (300 ml).
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Fill molds 1/3 of the dough, then in the middle put the stuffing and fill not quite to the brim (the muffins will rise) the dough. All three stages are visible in the photo. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the finished muffins from the oven and let them cool. Prepare the cream: RUB the cottage cheese (100 g) with saharom (3 tbsp) yogurt (4-5 tbsp) until smooth. Decorate the finished muffins with cream and sprinkle with nuts. Special packages for the cream I have mute, so that solved the problem with a conventional bag by cutting open the area. :) Bon appetit!
