I want to share a simple but delicious recipe for an Apple cake. Looks nice, is fast and guests will be delighted!

Cooking
Apples cut into 4 pieces, remove the core and cut into very thin slices. I used a grater Berner.
Omit the Apple slices in the boiling sugar syrup and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
The dough thinly roll out and cut into strips about 2 cm wide and about 30 cm in length.
For each test strip to put slices of apples so they are a little bit higher test.
The strips of dough with the apples to roll into rolls, the remaining dough on the bottom bend under the rosette. The dough on the sides of the rosettes brush with beaten egg yolk. Products put on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 150 C. the oven for 20-25 minutes. Ready roses are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
