Description
Tasty and quick, as they say in haste. Adopted recipe took quite a long time from a magazine (not remember the name), but the recipe was pork liver, and I had chicken. Made of her, and much of my family this pechenocna liked. Cook for a few years and not get bored.

Cooking
Wash and clean the liver. Cut, as someone like that, but I don't cut very finely.
Pour starch into a bowl and add water, 2st. L. vegetable oil, ginger, salt. Give everything a good stir. Then, in the resulting sauce add the prepared liver. Promoseven gently and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Separately, mix the soy sauce, broth, sugar, pasta.
In a pan on medium heat, heat the remaining oil. Spread an even layer of the liver. Then increase the fire and fry quickly, stirring constantly. Sprinkle chopped garlic and fry for another 30 seconds. Pour the prepared mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer in this mixture for 30 seconds. Then add chopped onion, cover and remove from heat.
Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
