Lasagna at home
In the summer I want to go on vacation to Italy! That was then, and will be able to taste the real Italian cuisine! And while I try to cook from what is at hand. It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    20 ml

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Make the dough for lasagne - mix flour, eggs, water and oil. Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut sheets of the desired shape. I have an oval baking dish, so I used a suitable size cutting Board as a stencil.

Shred onions, greens, grate on a fine grater carrots. I had a piece of pork tenderloin, I twisted it through a meat grinder.

Fry the mince with onions, herbs and carrots. Add the tomatoes, fry for another 5 minutes.

On the bottom of the form put a layer of forcemeat, then a sheet of lasagna, layer of grated cheese. Then again, ground beef, lasagna sheet, cheese, etc. Finish with a layer of forcemeat, sprinkled with grated cheese. A boil the lasagne in salted water. I used boiled. At your discretion.

Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Served as a separate dish.
