Hot pork the
Recently, going through their work folders, found a photo of the recipe, which for unknown reasons I have not posted here. Decided to correct this omission. Welcome aboard!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Meat wash, dry, cut into small medallions. In principle, all start as chops. Sliced meats have to fight off, or later is not right....

Whisk the egg.

Each medallion add salt, pepper, dip them in egg and fry in small amount of vegetable oil until soft. (here are a few photos missing, sorry). Take a pan (preferably deep) and lay out our medallions in a single layer (while the first, then repeat the layers).

Onion cut into half rings.

Arrange the onion on the meat (or a piece of onion, if it is assumed several layers).

On top of the mayonnaise (or sour cream. Again, part of the mayonnaise or sour cream, if multiple layers).

I had one layer, so I just sprinkled with chopped greens. If you have several layers, the top covered with greenery. And put into the oven for 30-35 minutes. First, you can even cover it with aluminum foil so on minute 15, and then to remove and another 15 minutes without foil in the oven to hold.
