The meat is rubbed with seasonings, pour a glass of kefir. Marinade for 2 hours.
From flour, yogurt, baking soda and salt knead not abrupt dough. In many recipes Creamed add eggs, I mix without them. Meshu long, so that the dough remains soft and tender.
Divide the dough into 3-4 parts. On 5-6, then the rolls will be smaller.

Spread the meat into a deep pot and simmer 25-30 min. Add the vegetables and simmer for another 20 min.
Roll out the dough very thin. Spread on the dough, the rice, even out. Spread on top of stewed vegetables. They are for extinguishing impregnated with the aroma of meat and are very suitable to rice.
Put on a steamer, cook for 20-25 min.
