    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Water

Take the oats. That's what I have.

Soak the oats in water for 16 hours (the original recipe says 8, but, from experience, I'm sure 8 hours is not enough)

After soaking put our oats in the pot and fill with water (you can use water after soaking grains and fresh).

Heat the oven to 100 degrees and put to languish. Forget about cereal for 4-4,5 hours (original recipe says 2 hours, but 2 hours to cook in my oven I didn't have enough).

The gruel is ready. Sprinkle with salt before serving. You can season the porridge with vegetable oil.
