Description

Pasta with tomatoes and feta cheese
This recipe I came up with when I worked in Turkey, because flour, fruit and vegetables we always had in abundance:). I love pasta and tomatoes! That was a wonderful duet! Despite the banality and speed, I love the taste of the food! And there is a large amount of oil. Well, shall we?... ))

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Butter

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
So, to begin with, pour in a pan of water, add salt and put on fire. When it boils, put the spaghetti (not breaking, gradually lowering into the water)
step-1
Until cooked spaghetti, wash and cut the tomatoes into slices, and each slice in half (although this is at your discretion)
step-2
When the spaghetti are ready, recline them in a colander, return to saucepan and add butter (or margarine). Stir. At this time, heat up a frying pan and fry the tomatoes (2-3 minutes) without oil (although you can slightly grease the pan).
step-3
Arrange the tomatoes in a deep plate and add feta cheese (I took the usual Turkish cheese, of which there are heaps, but in Russia it will be feta or any other cheese of this type). Stir and leave for 3-5 minutes to have a juice.
step-4
Then spread on a plate of spaghetti, and on top of our tomatoes with cheese (and juice, which they gave with cheese). Well, that's all! Bon appetit!
step-5
My husband's tomatoes somehow not very fond of, therefore specially for it I roasted the mushrooms with the onions (and then in the same pan boil a teaspoon of cream and a little water, added in the cooked mushrooms and mix). For that he was terribly offended (although ate it all:)) and said that cooked tomatoes he would eat with pleasure! and ate a third of my portion:) again all a pleasant appetite! Sincerely, J.
