Eggplant cheese sauce
Now the "eggplant" period. Suggest another dish from this wonderful vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Parsley

Eggplant cut into circles and fry in vegetable oil. So they don't absorb a lot of oil, pour into the pan a little water. So, how would simmer the eggplant.

Then separately, simmer the peppers and onions.

Eggplant, pepper and onion salt to taste, stir and put into the form.

Prepare cheese sauce based on the sauce "Bechamel". To do this in a dry frying pan melt 50g of butter. Add flour and knead well, to avoid lumps. Pour the milk and, stirring, cook for 3-4 minutes. In Bechamel, put the soft cream cheese from the jar. I had a "Friendship". When the cheese is melted the sauce is ready. Add salt and (optional) nutmeg.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
