Very simple and tasty dish

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Greens

Onion peel and cut into slices.

Peeled potatoes and tomatoes also cut into slices.

Flat dish for baking grease with oil, put a layer of onions on top, alternating, put tomatoes with potatoes, drizzle with oil, pour water, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese.
