Tomorrow my husband and I are going to celebrate the New Year in Lithuania and decided to check-out to invite parents on new year's eve dinner. The menu was the cream of seafood soup, which I have published, a light salad and a new dish – rice with shrimp and asparagus.

Cooking
This time, the idea is to make a recipe for the site came to me in the cooking process, so the photo with the ingredients, alas, will not. Let's start with, peel the asparagus.
Honestly 4 was a supermarket and not found rice for risotto, I had to prepare from a mixture of wild and parboiled. Cooked the rice for 20 minutes, added garlic to make it more flavorful.

Cooked rice put in a deep pan, add 50ml dry white wine, cook 5 minutes.
Add to the rice, grated cheese and 50g of butter.
Stir, until the rice is uniform.
Get king prawns, defrosted, remove from the shell and head. Put shrimp in pan and pour soy sauce.
Fry the shrimp until they are Golden.
In a frying pan to the rice to enter the shrimp and asparagus, stir and serve.
