Mix 2st. L. oat bran, 50g. non-fat liquid cottage cheese, 1 protein+Splenda

Bake the cake of 2st. L. oat bran, 50g non-fat liquid cottage cheese, 1 protein+shzam 140 degrees in the oven. *can bake in the microwave for 3 minutes with one and 3 with the other hand. (adjust time for your oven).

I took the apples. Cut apples into slices of arbitrary shape.
