Cheese snack cake
This delicious snack cake will adorn any holiday table. And it is so simple that I had fun collecting it.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Goat cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

    12 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 ml

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Garlic

    1 share

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Cucumber cut into thin plates. For the sauce you will combine the mayonnaise, crushed in a blender the parsley, sauce, marinade Yakitori and 1 clove of garlic, squeezed through a press. For thick sauce suggest to add 3 tbsp soaked in water gelatin.

Deep rectangular form, cover with cling film. Square sandwich cheese spread on the bottom and sides of the form.

A slice of black bread (slice the bread better when it is slightly stale) lubricate both sides with sauce and place on the bottom.

Layer salmon.

Lubricate the sauce, close the sandwich and cheese.

Lubricating layer of sauce, sprinkle thinly sliced bell pepper.

The next layer is cheese or goat cheese. Lubricate sauce.

The following layers: black bread, smeared with sauce, protein boiled eggs, grated on a grater.

To lay again brown bread, salmon and cheese sandwich last time. Close with cling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour to solidify.

Remove from the mold, decorate as desired. Cut the cake with a sharp knife.
