Grated Apple pie
The site has a lot of Apple pies, but this is not found. Just wanted to offer your favorite Apple pie, but it turned out that it had already prepared my recipe and posted it here, so I would venture to suggest another, also very tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    340 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Melt and cool butter, add sugar and eggs, stir thoroughly.

In the egg-oil mixture add the slaked soda. You can pay off with vinegar or lemon juice. Sift in the flour dough parts, stirring well.

Pour the flour until the dough no longer stick to hands. The finished dough divided into 2 parts, each wrap in plastic film and put into the freezer for 1 hour.

Apples peel and grate. Add the lemon juice and stir so the apples are not darkened.

Shape can take 22-24 cm. Cover the form with parchment. Remove from the freezer one portion of the dough and grate directly in the form, flatten the dough with your hands. Apples squeeze out excess juice and spread on top of dough, sprinkle with sugar and optional cinnamon.

To get the second part of the test, grate and spread on the surface.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pie for 35-40 minutes until Golden brown.
