Farfalle with chicken fillet and vegetables
It's the recipe for the impromptu from the series: "in the fridge we have today the mouse died" or lunch/dinner in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    350 g

  • Chicken breast

    350 g

  • Tomato

    500 ml

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

Boil the pasta "bows". Cut the chicken breast and fry it in butter, salt and pepper.

Add the finely chopped onion, zucchini (sliced), tomato. Saute 3-5 minutes until tender zucchini.

Add to the pan bows, mix and saute 5-7 min.
