Tilapia fillet in batter
Delicious fish in a "fur coat". Good both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Tilapia

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

Tilapia fillet and put in a bowl.

Prepare a batter. Egg whisk, add the cream, salt, pepper, dried herbs and whisk again.

Gradually add the flour. The batter turns as sour cream of average density.

Dip fillets in batter and spread on the pan.

Fry on both sides until Golden brown in sunflower oil. I then also carcass about 10 minutes under a lid, adding a little water.
