Very tasty and easy Apple pie with pear and cherry. Prepared simply and quickly!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

Pear cut into slices. If cherries are frozen, thaw and squeeze out water.

Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. 1 tablespoon brown sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon. We will need this later.

Beat the eggs with the remaining Cup of sugar.

Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Blend again.

Lubricate the form of oil at the bottom lay the pears. For pears, put the cherries.
