Chops turn out charming, soft and crispy.

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Fillet

    2 kg

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Turkey meat cut into small pieces (across the grain)

Season with salt and pepper and put in a bowl

Garlic cut into slices, lay between chops
