Chops turn out charming, soft and crispy.
Ingredients

Cooking
Turkey meat cut into small pieces (across the grain)
Season with salt and pepper and put in a bowl
Garlic cut into slices, lay between chops
Cover with a tea bag and remove in the cold for half an hour, until the garlic has imparted its taste to the meat.
Remove the chops and fry on high heat under the hood (remove the garlic). I fry in a few batches.
When the chops are all browned, put on the smallest fire and keep under cover for about 45 minutes
Then turn off the fire. ALL READY!!!
