Delicate cupcake
Easy to prepare and tender to the taste.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    11 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Prepare the ingredients.

Melt the butter and mix with eggs and sugar.

Add kefir. Instead of yogurt and fit yogurt. Optionally, you can add candied fruit or raisins

Flour mixed with baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar and sift into the butter-egg mixture.

All the components are well mixed.

For baking I use a form the Size of its 30х10х7.

The form can be covered with baking paper or just grease and sprinkle with semolina.

Put the dough.

Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking leave the cake in the form for another 10 minutes.

The cooked cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
