Kuban appetizer with eggplant
Although, of course, eggplant in the Kuban called little blue. Great snacks! Very nice on a hot summer day to get out of the fridge cold marinated blue, tomatoes, pepper!!! Prepared quickly and simply in the Evening vegetables morning snacks.

I have a small family, so prepare a smaller portion. I took 2 medium eggplant (I cut in half across, very long) the whole Eggplant to cook until soft 5 minutes (They should remain firm).
