Fillet cut into portion pieces, add salt and pepper to taste and put into a form, greased with vegetable oil. Onion cut into thin half rings and place on fish. Carrots grate on a coarse grater - onion spread on top. Again a little salt and pepper. Pour all sour cream or mayonnaise, you can make a creamy mayonnaise sauce (just in the mix equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise, in this case, do not overdo it with salt - it is in the mayonnaise!) and in a heated duhovochku for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove and cover the form with foil and back in the oven for the remaining 25 minutes, until tender.
