Mushrooms cut into small cubes...
Potatoes RUB on a coarse grater...
Added to the "dough" eggs, a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt/pepper, flour and grated on a cheese grater copou... Knead the whole thing)...
Fry the pancakes in butter)...
