Stuffed zucchini
A delicious dish for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    0.66 cup

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Tomato

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Zucchini peel and cut into slices thickness of 1,5-2 cm. Pull out the spoon the middle, but not completely (to get the Cup bottom)

Meat mince and mix with the cooked buckwheat.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and garlic, which passed through the frog.

Pour zucchini sauce (who likes witty, can mix the filling with the sauce and put this mixture into the zucchini). On each zucchini put the onion ring and slice the tomatoes. Pour a little sunflower oil on a baking sheet, spread the zucchini and bake in the oven at 150-160 degrees until done.
