Description

Berry sauce
This beautiful and delicious berry sauce will not go unnoticed! But the preparation will take no more than half an hour.

Ingredients

  • Berry

    350 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    10 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

For this sauce I chose to use red currants. Berries to wash and fold into a small saucepan.

Add the orange zest.

Squeeze the juice out of it.

Add ginger and cloves. Bring to boil and boil about 10 minutes. Then add the sugar and cognac.

Good grind everything in a blender. Once the berry sauce is cooled, put it in the fridge for a few hours.
