Description
Sometimes you want to treat your family with something tasty and homemade. But not always for cooking there are a lot of free time, and in my wallet not a lot. Come to the rescue of the grated pie, which is prepared on one-two-three and is made from handy products that is always home or in any nearby shops. Adds an unusual note the presence of nuts in the recipe.

Cooking
1. Nuts to grind a few seconds in a blender until fine crumbs.
2. Add to the nuts 1 Cup of flour, salt, vanilla, baking powder, cold butter (straight from the fridge, not pre-heated). Twist the whole mass for a few seconds. Pour into a bowl more.
3. Add to the mass of the remaining flour, sugar, add egg, sour cream. Knead a stiff dough.
4. 1/3 of the dough to put in the bag and in the freezer for 20 minutes. The rest of the dough put it in the refrigerator. 5. Protiven grease with butter if necessary (I do not do that and bake on a silicone Mat). Spread evenly over the cookie sheet the dough from the refrigerator. Grease it with jam (or any jam or jam). Top on a coarse grater grate the dough from the freezer. 6. Bake the pie at 180° for 20 minutes.
7. Hot cake carefully cut into slices and arrange on a platter. Serve the cooled Cake will be crumbly with an awesome nutty flavor! I love to serve it with milk.
