Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt, sugar and gradually add the sifted flour, mix well.

For the filling you need onions cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater.
Mushrooms cut into plates.
Overcook the onions, carrots and mushrooms, add salt and pepper. The stuffing is ready.
Fry the pancakes on both sides in a pan adding vegetable oil, for lubrication, use a silicone brush.
On pancake put the stuffing.
Sprinkle grated on a fine grater cheese.
Cut the roll into 3 parts.
Spread with a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven about 10 minutes, in order that the cheese had melted.
