In recipes you often need buckwheat flour, but I'm too lazy to mess with that, so I found a recipe where you can do without it, and make a wonderful buckwheat "pancakes" for a change! Very comfortable, these "pancakes": quickly prepared, healthy, flavorful, not too sweet, and most importantly, you can use a ready-made buckwheat! It blends with the dough and completely stands out. This is a definite plus! Of course, it will be convenient to use the leftovers, which, as they say, sweet)

Cooking
Buckwheat falls off until ready.
Added to cereal flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, all mixed.
Next, to the mixture are added successively oil, egg and milk. Kneaded the dough.
Then you can bake a small "pancakes", fried with two sides for a minute, lay them on a dish with a pile, laying between "pancakes", for example, pieces of marshmallow. From the top you can decorate your favorite jam! Our favorite is apricot!
