  • Greens

  • Tomato paste

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Fish

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Clean and cut the carcass in half lengthwise. Take out the backbone.
