Mushroom fritters with lemon sauce
Very good combination. And done very quickly.

Ingredients

  • Bun

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Spices

Buns soak in warm boiled water. When the buns will get soggy, squeeze out excess water.

Mushrooms finely chop.

Crush the garlic. Parsley chopped. Put all in a bowl, add eggs, grated on a fine grater cheese, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
