Cooking

step-0
To prepare glaze, in a small container, mix sugar with one glass of rum, bring to a boil, stir so the sugar is dissolved, and the amount of liquid decreased to one-third of the original volume. Add the butter and pineapple chunks, stir and let the glaze covers each piece.
step-1
Spread the pineapple slices on the bottom of the square, trying to keep the frosting left in the tank.
step-2
For the dough, RUB the butter with the sugar.
step-3
One beat in 4 eggs.
step-4
Add flour.
step-5
Remains knead the dough. By the way, I love it when everything is simple and the dough is mixed just spoon - very convenient! This is the case.
step-6
Spread the batter on the pineapple, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Put into the oven for an hour at 175 degrees. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick, which should be dry from the middle of the pie.
