It intrigued me the recipe for this spicy, gorgeous color of the rice seen in the culinary community where people follow a vegetarian diet. Had to adjust the ingredients to fit your reality, because some we just don't have to pick up the amount of spices to your taste! It was very interesting and delicious! This rice is good and as an independent dish or as a side dish!

Cooking
Boil the rice until tender. On a small amount of vegetable oil to fry until Golden brown onions.
Cauliflower wash, dry paper towel, disassemble on inflorescences and grind in a blender.
