Yoghurt cake with cherries
Simple recipe of cake Flavored with cherries and yoghurt. A wonderful dessert for tea! Come on in and get)

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    260 ml

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    130 ml

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

In advance I made a chocolate yogurt from Arsic. Pour the yogurt into the bowl.

Add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Well, beat with a mixer.

Then add the flour and baking powder. Again all whisk.

Add cherries, pitted. (I have frozen)

Ready weight pour into a greased baking dish. (the form should be large and deep)

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour, when the top is browned temperature can be reduced below pie is cooked inside, but not burned. Readiness check cake with a skewer.

Give the cake to cool, remove from the mould onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
