Grilled pork tenderloin in Apple juice
The combination of fruit and meat is loved by many. Try this simple recipe, it is cooked on one-two-three, and the result is five!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Apple juice

    350 ml

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Heat Apple juice to a boil with chopped onions and mustard seeds, add the teriyaki sauce Kikkoman. Try a marinade of salt, if necessary, salt. Cool the marinade to room temperature

In the cold marinade put the pork steaks and leave to marinate. The marinating time minimum 20 minutes, maximum 12 hours.

Remove steaks from marinade, brush each steak with oil with a brush. Cook on grill for 5-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove pork from grill, cover with foil and let soak in a warm place for about 10 minutes

Apples cut into slices 0.5 cm thick. Also brush with oil and cook on the grill on both sides until the appearance of the characteristic bands

Serve the finished pork tenderloin with grilled apples
