Chicken liver with vegetables in Chinese version

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

Prepare all the vegetables.

Carrots and peppers cut into strips. Chili pepper - half-rings, deleting the partitions and seeds.

Garlic and ginger finely chop.

Chicken liver wash well, remove plenochki and cut into wedges. Sprinkle corn starch and mix well.

Spread on a well-heated pan with sunflower oil. Fry on all sides for 1.5 minutes. Remove to a separate plate.

In the same pan pour sunflower oil and put chopped garlic, ginger and chilli. Fry, stirring, about 1 minute.

In the same pan add bell pepper and carrot. Fry for another 3 minutes, occasionally stirring gently.

Pour the soy sauce with the honey and stir, let a little evaporated liquid, and put into the pan of pre-fried chicken liver. At this stage add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
