Pie with cabbage, pork and prunes
I have all the usual - simple and delicious! The cake was appreciated by all members of the household - the plates were empty! Try!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    450 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Sesame

  • Salt

Prepare the products.

Meat cut into cubes. Put in a Cup and add your favorite soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir and leave for 30 minutes.

Chop the vegetables and prunes ( pre-soak it in hot water for 10-15 minutes).

Cabbage boil in 3-5 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. To put it in a Cup and add the dill ( I have frozen greens).

In a deep pan pour vegetable oil, spread the meat and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the carrots, onions and prunes. Fry for 15 minutes. Let cool a bit.

Roll out the dough into 2 rectangle. Lay out 1 layer of dough on a baking sheet. Put on the dough cabbage with dill on top of it - meat with vegetables and prunes. Cover with 2 layer of dough. Press the edges, I did it with a fork. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes in a warm place.

Grease yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 160-180 degrees.

Serve pie, garnish with herbs.
