Pancake rolls with salmon
Mardi Gras is in full swing, you can pamper yourself pancakes. Offer a snack option of pancakes with red fish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour pancake

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Beets

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 g

  • Cream cheese

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Walnuts

  • Lettuce

Bright wanted pancakes, so I decided to make beet pancakes. With the help of a blender shredded beets, rather large. Then pressed with gauze from beet juice.

Whisk eggs with salt, add the pancake mix, beet juice and mix well. I was beat with a whisk of blender. Pour vegetable oil and again mix well. My dough has turned out thicker than I wanted, so it took a little more water. You can cook pancakes on your favorite savory recipe. That's the kind of color I got a pancake weight.

Bake pancakes, periodically greasing the pan with vegetable oil (I just for the first pancake grease the pan). Of this number the test I got 7 large pancakes and 1 small. Leave the pancakes to cool and do our filling.
