Pancakes
Sweet option of toppings for the pancakes with cottage cheese and pistachio ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Ice cream

    80 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    15 ml

  • Sunflower oil

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Spread the cheese in a bowl for whipping. Add the vanilla sugar.

Add the pistachio ice cream. Beat.

Gelatin fill with water for 15 minutes. Then to warm up. Add the gelatin to the filling and whisk.

Milk, sugar, eggs and flour, sunflower oil to prepare the dough for pancakes and bake them. Cool.

On the edge of the pancake put the stuffing.

Roll up the roll. Pancakes to put in the fridge for 1 hour. Before serving tea to cut the rolls into several pieces.
