Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Chicken liver wash, dry. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and fry it until the color changes.

Onion peel, cut into quarters rings, add to the liver. Cook together until the onion has softened.

Pour in the soy sauce. Cook three minutes.

Tomato paste dilute with water and pour into a saucepan. Cook all together for 5 minutes.
