French light cake with peaches
Great start to the day and successful completion! Easy French cake with peaches - reminds me of bakeries in Paris, where we enjoyed this delicious dessert. Recipe taken from the book "French Recipes" ("Les recettes de la cuisine francaise"). The elapsed time should not scare you - it include the cooling test, which, in the end, can be made in advance.

Ingredients
