Cooking
Cut the meat into slices thickness of about 1.5 cm long and well discourage.
In a plate pour the breadcrumbs. Note: the breadcrumbs should be of good quality of white bread.
Repulsed a piece of meat to lubricate soy sauce, a little sprinkle of ground black pepper (to taste). Dip both sides in egg, and roll them well in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a hot pan until Golden brown.
